£15m facility to fund the conversion of an office into apartments in Northamptonshire

Overview

Puma Property Finance completed a £15 million development facility to convert vacant office space into 112 1- and 2-bedroom residential units, in Milton Keynes. The 6-storey development will help meet housing demand for first-time buyers and buy-to-let investors, while enhancing the local area by transforming a disused building.
