£12m facility to fund the development of a new build PBSA scheme in Belfast

Overview

Puma Property Finance has closed an £11.9 million development loan to fund a 172-bed purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Belfast, the third PBSA site it has funded in the city. The scheme is located less than a 5-minute walk from Queen’s University in a popular part of Belfast city centre.
