£12m facility to fund the development of a new build care home in Oxfordshire

Puma Property Finance has completed an £11.9 million funding package to experienced care operator Care Concern Group, for the development of a care home in Yarnton, Oxfordshire. The 3-storey care home has 73 rooms with 100% ensuite wet room provision, and offers a range of amenities such as fitness rooms, beauty therapy facilities and a café.

Oxfordshire is an area of the UK suffering from an undersupply of care home beds, particularly those with ensuite wet rooms, making this a welcome development. The care home was completed in 2023 and is operated by Care Concern.
