£11m facility to fund the development of a new build care home in Cambridgeshire

Overview

Puma Property Finance has provided a £10.6 million loan facility for the creation of a state-of-the-art care home in Cambridgeshire. Incorporating carefully designed features to enable the delivery of excellent care, the development will be spread over 3 storeys and include premium facilities such as private dining areas, a spa and a cinema.
